Sjalen Hypatia har formen av en triangel och virkas i varv från ena sidan till den andra med garnet Scheepjes Whirl (60% bomull, 40% Akryl; 250 g/1000 m). De dekorativa fransarna samt kanten virkas sist med garnet Scheepjes Whirlette (60% bomull, 40% Akryl; 100 g/455 m) i en kontrasterande färg. Till sjalen på bilderna använde jag färgerna Scheepjes Whirl, 753 Slice ’O’ Cherry Pie och Scheepjes Whirlette, 859 Rose.

Om du använder samma garn och virknål (3,5 mm) som mönstret anger blir sjalen ca 155 x 115 x 115 cm stor efter blockning. Det är lätt att ändra sjalens storlek, vilket beskrivs i mönstret.

The Hypatia shawl has the shape of a triangle and is crocheted in rows from one side to the other with the yarn Scheepjes Whirl (60% cotton, 40% Acryl; 250 g/1000 m). The decorative trims and the edge are crocheted last with the yarn Scheepjes Whirlette (60% cotton, 40% Acryl; 100 g/455 m) in a contrasting color. The shawl in the pictures are made with the colors Scheepjes Whirl, 753 Slice ’O’ Cherry Pie and Scheepjes Whirlette, 859 Rose.

If you use the same yarn and hook (3.5 mm) suggested in this pattern the measurements will be approx. 155 x 115 x 115 cm after blocking.
