Lotus Rug

Welcome a thouch of Scandi style to your home with the simply seductive Lotus Rug. Showcasting a floral relief motif in the overlay crochet technique using MIGHTY: a natural and vegan-friendly yarn, this rug will be a joy for cold toes to tread on.

– YARN Scheepjes, Issue 10 The Colour Issue

The Lotus Rug was published in YARN 10 – The Colour Issue, a bookazine by Scheepjes, that was released a couple of weeks ago (8th of september 2020). The bookazine includes 16 different crochet and knit patterns, all by different designers and all totally gorgeous. I’m very proud to be a part of this publications together with all these great designers.

The Mighty yarn is a wonderful blend of cotton and Jute and the perfect choice when creating home interior. The Lotus Rug is made with 27 balls in color 759 (Canyon) and will measure approx. 140 cm/55.1 in after blocking.

  1. Love it! I bought the issue! The UK terms are not the problem but the small font! I would need a magnifying glass 😉

  2. Hi,

I see this in Raverly however, I can’t seem to find a place to purchase this pattern.

  4. Oh this is gorgeous!! Just the sort of thing I’ve been wanting for our bedroom. This might well be the reason I purchase my first scheepjes bookazine… 🙂 Thank you for a beautiful pattern!

  5. I’m making the lotus ring rug but I am having an issue on round 25. I seem to have five stitches more at end of round so it doesn’t match. Any thoughts on what I could be missing?
    Thank you
